摘  要
随着我国经济的快速发展和城市环境卫生的要求，不断提高质量，加快道路清扫机在我国的发展步伐。道路清扫装置，最常见的是清道夫，它可以是一个大面积的街道清洁，节省人力和物力资源。但打扫庭院，胡同仍然需要清洁工具的传统，工作效果不明显，人力浪费，材料资源。
本设计在清洗机存在的问题，认真分析，找出主要因素，信息获取小型公路环保清洗机，根据清洗机的系统参数和要求，拟定设计方案，针对目前环卫，保洁人员劳动强度大，效率低，长时间的工作，而目前市场上没有出现比较成熟，对环卫工人使用的产品的实用性，我们设计了一种实用，简单的清扫车。这辆车可以扫描道路，广场，场地较平坦，快速，高效的清洗，不需其他动力，具有很强的适应性。我们设计了一个多刷辊在同一辆车铲半圆弧可以快速扫垃圾清扫车，就提出了这一作用在地面上的垃圾收集的清洁工作。
总体方案，清扫车清扫机构设计，垃圾收集箱的设计，包括传输的决心，链轮的设计，轴的设计，清洗机的设计采用人力为动力，无二次污染，无废气排放，使用效率高，坚固耐用，最大限度的满足各种清洁场地要求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of our economy and the city environmental sanitation requirements of the continuous improvement of quality,speed up the development pace of road sweeping machine in our country. The road sweeping device, the most common is the streetsweeper, it can be a large area of the street cleaning, save manpower and material resources. But for cleaning the courtyard, alley still needcleaning tool tradition, the work effect is not obvious, the waste of manpower, material resources.
This design in view of the existing problems of the cleaning machine,careful analysis, find out the main factors, information access to smallroad environmental protection cleaning machine, according to the system parameters and requirement of cleaning machine, draws up the design proposal, in view of the present environmental sanitation,cleaning personnel labor intensity, low efficiency, working longer hours,and at present the market does not appear more mature, practical for the sanitation workers use products, we designed a kind of practical,simple sweeper. This car can sweep of road, square, the site is relatively flat fast, efficient cleaning, and does not need other power,has strong adaptability. We design a multi brush roller in the car with ashovel half a round arc can be quickly sweep rubbish, just sweeping car forward to this one action on the ground of garbage collectioncleaning work.
The overall scheme, sweeper sweeping mechanism design, garbage collection box design, including the determination of transmission,chain wheel design, shaft design, the design of cleaning machine adopts manpower as power, no two pollution, no exhaust gas, the use of high efficiency, strong and durable, the maximum to meet a variety of clean the site requirements.
